COViD-19 policy

Vaccinations

We are 100% committed to ensuring that our guests and our staff are protected as much as possible against contracting COVID-19 therefore we are unable to accept any guests or staff members who are not fully vaccinated. In order to ensure that this is adhered to we will be requesting a vaccine passport from each of our guests and staff members.


Keeping Safe From COVID-19


In order to keep our guests and staff safe from catching COVID-19 we request that any guests or staff members suffering from the following symptoms do not attend our events and get tested:


  • Fever (≥37.50C) OR recent history of fever (e.g. night sweats, chills), without a known source
    OR
  • Acute respiratory symptoms (including cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose)
    OR
  • Acute loss of smell or taste

Checking In


All our guests  and staff members will be required to check in to any venues they attend with Divine Social using the SafeWA app. When the event is outdoors at a park or an unregulated area, Divine Social will provide a contract tracing register to sign each guest and staff member in. This will be maintained for 28 days. 


Wearing of Masks 


Divine Social will follow the requirements specified for mask wearing according to the Healthy WA website. If you are unsure whether you will require a mask for your event, please refer to their website for further information. Where possible Divine social will provide additional masks to ensure that customers are protected at all times.  


Personal Hygiene


Divine Social staff will do their part  in stopping the spread of COVID-19 by promoting good personal hygiene. This includes:

  • encouraging all staff and guests to wash their hands for 20 seconds with soap and water
  • encouraging all staff and guests to use alcohol hand sanitiser liquid regularly to support hand hygiene and reduce transmission 
  • encouraging all staff and guests to avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
  • encouraging all staff and guests to cough into their elbow if they need to


Physical Distancing 


When physical distance restrictions are in effect, Divine Social will follow the guidelines listed on the Healthy WA website


Where possible when attending a venue, the Divine Social Guests will be seated 1.5 meters away from other tables and maintain physical distance from others and follow the guidelines outlined on the Healthy WA website.


Staff Training 


All staff and volunteers will be required to complete the COVID-19 Infection control training course. https://www.health.gov.au/resources/apps-and-tools/covid-19-infection-control-training
