Cancellation Policy
At Divine Social, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our events and the preparation involved, we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness and efficiency.
1. Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before the Event:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled event will not be charged.
2.Cancellations Made Between 24 to 48 Hours Before the Event:
Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total event cost.
3. Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Event:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total event cost.
4. No Shows:
Participants who do not show up for the event without prior notice will be charged the full event cost.
5. Special Circumstances:
we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
